Opinion

No. 4D12–4671.

03-12-2014

Javier GONZALEZ, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

Javier Gonzalez, Avon Park, pro se. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and James J. Carney, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Javier Gonzalez, Avon Park, pro se.

Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and James J. Carney, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Opinion PER CURIAM.

We accept the State's concession and reverse the order denying appellant's motion for postconviction relief. The trial court denied the motion based on a State response which addressed only the single claim raised in appellant's supplement to his motion. We remand for the trial court to address the six claims raised in appellant's September 7, 2011 motion.

Reversed and remanded.

MAY, GERBER and CONNER, JJ., concur.
