ORDER

On June 7, 2024, appellants Stephanie Gonzalez, Kassandra Leon, and Stacey L. Adams, Sr. filed a notice of interlocutory appeal challenging the trial court's order denying their plea to the jurisdiction. On July 17, 2024, appellee Katherine Silvas filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, arguing this court lacks jurisdiction because Silvas non-suited her claims against Gonzalez, Leon, and Adams on July 16, 2024. We ORDER appellants to file a response to appellee's motion to dismiss by August 2, 2024.
