Chapter 7 FINAL JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding came on for trial on September 3, 2014, on the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Juan Gonzalez, seeking to deny the Debtor/Defendant, Brenda Sanchez, her discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727 (a)(2)(A) and 727(a)(4)(A). Consistent with the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered contemporaneously, it is

ORDERED:

1. Judgment is entered in favor of the Debtor/Defendant, Brenda Sanchez, and against the Plaintiff, Juan Gonzalez.

2. A Discharge of Debtor shall be entered in the Debtor's Chapter 7 case.
