JUDGMENT


Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 58, it is this 26th day of June, 2000, hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the complaint in this case is dismissed with prejudice.

ORDER

Presently before the court is defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint. Upon consideration of defendants' motion, the opposition thereto, and the record of this case, the court concludes that well-established principles of res judicata require that defendants' motion be granted. Accordingly, it is this 26th day of June, 2000, hereby

ORDERED that defendants' motion to dismiss is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the complaint is dismissed with prejudice.
