DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person in case Nos. 512936 and 512937.

Application for stay of appeals in case Nos. 510838, 511830 and 512569.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person in case Nos. 512936 and 512937 is granted, without costs, to the extent that each appeal may be perfected upon one copy of a record on appeal and one signed original and six typewritten copies of a brief and appendix or seven copies of a record on appeal and one signed original and six typewritten copies of a brief, and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for a stay of appeals in cases Nos. 510838, 511830 and 512659 is denied, without costs.
