MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on March 13, 2003. The notice of appeal was received by this Court on April 23, 2003. By letter dated April 23, 2003, the Court directed appellant to pay the $125 filing fee for his appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of his appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3
