On August 16, 2022, after the court reporter informed us that appellant had not requested the reporter's record, we ordered appellant to file, no later than August 26, 2022, written verification she had requested the record. Although we cautioned that failure to do so could result in the appeal being submitted on the clerk's record alone, appellant has failed to comply. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c). Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id.
As the clerk's record has been filed, we ORDER appellant to file her brief no later than October 19, 2022.
