This matter comes before the Court upon sua sponte review of the docket. On May 23, 2018, the Court issued an Opinion and Order (Doc. 2) dismissing without prejudice a purported class action complaint (Doc. 1) initiated by seven pretrial detainees held in the Lee County Jail for failing to state claim upon which relief may be granted to each pro se plaintiff filing a separate amended complaint and motion to proceed in forma pauperis in their own action. The deadline to file an amended pleading and motion to proceed in forma pauperis has expired and no Amended Complaint or motion has been filed.
The Court takes note that, on June 4, 2018, the Court's Related Case Order and Track 1 Notice (Doc. 4) and on June 6, 2018, the Court's Standing Order Pro Se Litigants (Doc. 3) and the Opinion and Order (Doc. 2) were returned as "undeliverable (not in custody)." --------
Accordingly, it is now
ORDERED:
Plaintiff Hector Gonzalez's case is DISMISSED. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly, terminate all deadlines and close the case.
