ORDER

Per curiam:

Jacques Gonzalez ("Gonzalez") appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("Commission") affirming the decision of the Appeals Tribunal ("Appeals Tribunal") that Gonzalez failed to show good cause for not participating in his Appeals Tribunal hearing. We agree with the Commission that Gonzalez failed to show good cause. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
