Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served June 13, 2024, the Court revoked petitioner's eFiling privileges and directed the Clerk of the Court to change petitioner's service preference from "electronic" to "paper." Petitioner thereafter contacted the Court's helpdesk. At that time petitioner provided his updated contact information to the Court and requested that his eFiling privileges be reinstated.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's mailing address of record to the address that he provided to the Court's helpdesk on July 19, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's eFiling privileges are reinstated. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's service preference from "paper" to "electronic."
