ALEXANDER GONZALEZ, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge

On December 27, 2023, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, review shows that the Settlement Stipulation and the Proposed Stipulated Decision appear to be signed on behalf of respondent by an attorney who has not entered an appearance in this proceeding.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 23, 2024, the attorney signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for respondent shall file an Entry of Appearance in this case. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision pending the filing of the Entry of Appearance.
