ORDERED that the parties' settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision, filed December 8, 2023, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 11, 2024, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation and a revised proposed stipulated decision.
