ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's September 18, 2023, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. During calendar call, respondent's counsel informed the Court that the parties reached a basis for settlement as per their status report filed on September 15, 2023. Respondent also informed the Court that petitioner was en route to Court. Petitioner eventually arrived and informed the Court off the record of a medical emergency which caused petitioner to arrive late. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 18, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
