ORDER

On July 5, 2023, a motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162 was filed on behalf of petitioners, Jorge A. Gonzalez and Daisy L. Lopez, by Henry Vargas, CPA. The motion requests that this Court vacate its Order of Dismissal and Decision issued on August 16, 2022.

Although Mr. Vargas has signed the motion, he is not admitted to practice in this Court and thus may not represent petitioners. Given that the motion includes affidavits signed by Mr. Gonzalez and Ms. Lopez, we will give them an opportunity to file a motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162 in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162, filed by Henry Vargas, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 21, 2023, Mr. Gonzalez and Ms. Lopez shall file a motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Henry Vargas at the address listed on his motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162.
