ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

On November 25, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (index #7). On November 29, 2022, the court signed and entered a decision (index #8). On April 7, 2023, the parties filed another Propose Stipulated Decision document (index #9). Upon review it was seen that this was duplicative of the Proposed Stipulate Decision filed on November 25, 2022 (index #7), therefore we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby

ORDERD that the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed April 7, 2023, (index #9) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
