This case is calendared for trial at the May 15, 2023, Columbia, South Carolina Trial Session of the Court. On March 6, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Fredrik W. Pfeil, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The motion states respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before March 29, 2023, file a written notice setting forth any objections to the above-referenced motion. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on petitioner, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner by regular mail at the address appearing on counsel's Motion to Withdraw (Index #14, page 4).
