On October 24, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report regarding the present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. Therein, respondent advises that, on April 11, 2022, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia issued an order granting a discharge to petitioner under 11 U.S.C. section 727 and on the same date closed that Chapter 7 case. Respondent has attached to the Status Report a copy of the order of discharge.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the stay in this case is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
