ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-005751-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the appellant may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief on or before December 14, 2020, and respondent may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of the appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before January 13, 2021. Among the issues, the Court invites the parties to address the argument raised by amici, concerning immunity from civil liability under the Good Samaritan Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:62A-1 to -35.
