On April 26, 2018, appellee filed a Motion to Dismiss Appeal, arguing this cause should be dismissed for want of prosecution because appellants have not filed their brief. On May 2, 2018, this cause was dismissed for want of prosecution. We therefore DENY appellee's motion AS MOOT.
