JOSE GONZALEZ-ROSALES, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 194th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F20-59024-M

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE

Before the Court is court reporter Yolanda Atkins's January 17, 2024 third request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. In the request, Ms. Atkins states she is recovering from a medical procedure. We GRANT the request for extension and ORDER Ms. Atkins to file the reporter's record on or before FEBRUARY 16, 2024. The record was originally due September 7, 2023, and is now more than four months overdue. We caution Ms. Atkins that if the reporter's record is not filed by February 16, 2024, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Atkins not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Yolanda Atkins, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
