ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE.

Before us is appellant's motion to file a pro se brief in this case. We note that on September 23, 2024, we mailed appellant a letter informing him that his attorney had filed an Anders brief and a motion to withdraw as counsel. We enclosed copies of the brief and motion to withdraw with the letter. We further informed appellant that he had a right to review the appellate record and file a pro se response to the Anders brief by OCTOBER 28, 2024. As of the date of this order, appellant has not filed a pro se response to his counsel's Anders brief.

Accordingly, we GRANT appellant's motion to file a pro se brief in this case. We ORDER the brief filed no later than DECEMBER 3, 2024.

We DIRECT the clerk to send a copy of this order by first-class mail to appellant, Jonathan Michael Gonzales, TDCJ Number: 02502096, Garza East Facility, 4304 Highway 202, Beeville, TX 78102 and to counsel for the State.
