And Pollack Pollack Isaac & DeCicco, LLP, having moved for an order granting Pollack Pollack Isaac & DeCicco, LLP, special and appellate counsel to Godosky & Gentile, PC, the attorneys of record for plaintiffs-appellants, leave to withdraw as counsel, and for an extension of time for plaintiffs to perfect the appeal while obtaining other counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving Pollack Pollack Isaac & DeCicco, LLP, as special and appellate counsel to Godosky & Gentile, PC , as attorneys for plaintiff, and extending the time within which to perfect the appeal to the March 2021 Term.
