ORDER

Joseph W. Nega Judge.

These consolidated cases were tried at Albuquerque, New Mexico, on September 24, 2019, and were submitted.

On December 27, 2020, Anne Rothrock, counsel for petitioner filed a Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number which was served on petitioner and intervenor Anthony Todisco at their respective addresses of record.

On April 12, 2021, the Court received returned mail of counsel's Notice of Address and Telephone Number served on intervenor Anthony Todisco on December 27, 2020. That Notice was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "FORWARD TIME EXP" and "RETURN TO SENDER".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall on or before July 12, 2021, file a status report setting forth the best contact information available, including the address of intervenor Anthony Todisco.
