ORDER EXCUSING APD DEFENDANTS FROM ATTENDING SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the stipulated agreement of the Plaintiff and Defendants A.C. Rodriguez, G. Ericksen, Devona Roberts, and the City of Albuquerque (hereinafter "APD Defendants") to excuse APD Defendants from attending the February 4, 2002 settlement conference in this cause, and the Court having been advised of the stipulation between Plaintiff and APD Defendants finds that good cause exists to excuse APD Defendants from attending the February 4, 2002 settlement conference.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that APD Defendants shall be excused from attending the February 4, 2002 settlement conference.
