ORDER


On August 26, 2003, the undersigned granted attorney Neal Weinberg's motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff Fred Gonser. The Court ordered Plaintiff to advise the Court if he planned to proceed pro se or to obtain new counsel within fifteen [15] days of the date of that order [45]. The Court specifically advised Plaintiff that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this action. As of today's date, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's order.

Accordingly, this case is hereby DISMISSED for failure to obey a lawful order of the Court. See Local Rule 41.3(2).

It is so ORDERED.
