ORDER

Appellant's counsel has requested the court reporter file a supplemental record containing a videotape that was published to the trier of fact as part of the evidence at a pretrial suppression hearing. We grant the motion and order the court reporter, Kimberly Lobello, to file a supplemental electronic reporter's record containing the videotape. We order the supplemental record is due Friday, November 15, 2013.

If the videotape is in the possession of the State, we order the State to immediately provide it to the court reporter for inclusion in the record.

We further grant appellant an extension of time to file his brief until fifteen days after the supplemental record is filed.
