Alfredo Sonny Gomez appeals his conviction and sentence for offenses occurring on January 17, 1997. We affirm the convictions without further discussion. We remand this case to the trial court, however, to reconsider the sentence. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273, 1274 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).

Convictions affirmed; remanded to reconsider sentencing.
