Appellant's brief was originally due July 3, 2024. We granted appellant's first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to August 2, 2024. On August 3, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional 30-day extension of time to file the brief. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file his brief by September 3, 2024. Further requests for extension of time will be disfavored.
