ORDER

DEATH PENALTY CASE

On October 4, 2022, the Court ordered Petitioner Fabio Evelio Gomez to withdraw his proposed redacted petition lodged the prior day and to lodge a new proposed redacted petition in conformance with the Court's Orders. (Docs. 43 and 45.) Gomez has filed a notice of intent to withdraw the former (Docs. 43 and 46) and has lodged a new proposed redacted petition (Doc. 47), which conforms with the Court's Orders.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court withdraw from the docket the Proposed Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, lodged on October 3, 2022 (Doc. 43), and file the Proposed Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, lodged on October 11, 2022 (Doc. 47).
