JAIME B. GOMEZ, JR. & LEYDY GOMEZ, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Upon further review of the record in the above-docketed matter, it has come to the attention of the Court that, due to inadvertent clerical error, the electronic stamp applied to the petition for purposes of indicating the postmark date is incorrect. While the envelope in which the petition was received clearly reflects a U.S. Postal Service postmark dated March 10, 2022, the electronic stamp reads March 14, 2022.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to correct the electronic stamp specifying the postmark date to read March 10, 2022.
