This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court at Columbus, Ohio, on January 31, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner Gerardo Gomez. Counsel for respondent appeared and indicated that settlement negotiations are in progress. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 2, 2022, the parties shall file either stipulated decision documents or a joint status report specifically apprising the Court as to whether or not petitioner's counsel plans to remain in this case or if there should be a substitution of counsel for petitioner.
