This case is calendared for trial at the December 4, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 31, 2023, petitioner filed the petition in this case disputing respondent's determination for the 2021 tax year. On May 23, 2023, respondent filed the Answer in this case indicating that a complete notice of deficiency was attached as Exhibit A, however, the attachment was not included. Further review of the record reveals that a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2021 was not attached to the petition or the answer. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this Order attaching thereto the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2021.
