On April 12, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. This motion asks the Court to enter a decision reflecting no deficiency, and no penalty due from Mr.Gomez for the year at issue. The motion does not state Mr. Gomez's view on the motion.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 12, 2023, Mr. Gomez shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion.
