This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on January 23, 2023, in Dallas, Texas.

On January 5, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and are awaiting computations. Respondent is requesting sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on January 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 13, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
