ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

The petition in this case was filed on February 16, 2021, and was executed by petitioner Rita R. Gomez. By order served April 26, 2021, the Court directed petitioner Henry Gomez to file a ratification of petition. Due to a clerical error, on September 17, 2021, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not properly executed by petitioners. On October 4, 2021, petitioner Henry Gomez filed a Ratification of Petition.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on September 17, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
