Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion to remove small tax case designation, filed December 3, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is no longer subject to the provisions of I.R.C. section 7463. It is further

ORDERED that the letter "S" is deleted from docket number of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court amend the records of the Court to reflect the above-referenced deletion.
