Peter Golia, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. 30 Macombs Place Housing Development Fund Corporation also known as 30 Macombs Place HDFC, Clarence Haley and Willie L. Brown, Defendants-Respondents.
Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10, vacating the admimistrative dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 24, 2018 and, upon reinstatement, granting an enlargement of time to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal is vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the October 2019 Term (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
