ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was continued from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On October 4, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report which indicated that he has reviewed all the documents that have been provided by the Golens but in his attempt to obtain further documentation, the Golens have been unresponsive. He further requests that the Court restore this case to the general docket. We will grant the request. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket.
