Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Respondent-Respondent.


An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 22, 2018, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to on or before September 8, 2020 for the November 2020 Term.
