Appeal from the action of the defendant commission in amending the zoning regulations, brought to the Court of Common Pleas in the judicial district of Waterbury; the plaintiff having failed to allege the specific respects in which he claimed to be aggrieved, the court, Ciano, J., on motion by the defendant, rendered judgment erasing the appeal from the docket, from which judgment the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
