PROCESS, § 31foreign railroad corporation, conducting business in the State. In action against railroad company which had no tracks, trains, etc., in Illinois, transacted no business in Illinois, and only had a Chicago office for purpose of soliciting transportation of freight and passengers, but sold no tickets and made no contracts there, defendant was not conducting business in Illinois, and lower court did not err in quashing service of summons on Chicago agent.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. HARRY M. FISHER, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
