Order of June 13, 1951, granting plaintiff's motion to strike out defendants' answer, unanimously reversed and the motion denied without prejudice to renewal after affirmance by this court of order in appeal in Goldsmith v. Handelman ( ante, p. 553). Settle order on notice.
