ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On March 29, 2021, petitioner filed with the Court an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Petitioner has not demonstrated financial inability to pay. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 21, 2021, petitioner shall pay the filing fee of $60.00. If filing fee is not received on or before July 21, 2021, the case will be dismissed or other action taken as the Court deems appropriate.
