ORDER

This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On September 23, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Remand (Doc. 6). The Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. On March 11, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 10). A review of the parties' submissions in the case shows that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of determination or the supplemental notice of determination on which the case is based. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 25, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of determination and supplemental notice of determination on which this case is based.
