In an action upon two series of promissory notes made by a third party, indorsed by defendant and delivered to plaintiff, order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint upon the ground it fails to set forth facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
