It is Ordered that the appellants' motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal and to continue the stay is granted on condition that appellants: 1) perfect their appeal by no later than March 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is January 11, 2017; and 2) continues to pay accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $471.82, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of appellants failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
