The document filed does not meet the requirements under Rule 24(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, for a proper notice of withdrawal. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel is recharacterized as a Motion to Withdraw Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted and Jasmine L. Torres is withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case.
