In an action to recover damages alleged to have been occasioned by breach of a building construction contract, order granting motion to vacate certain items of a demand for a bill of particulars, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
