KIRK GOLDEN & JENNIFER GOLDEN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

On April 21, 2022, the Goldens filed a motion for continuance informing the Court that the parties are "moving towards a resolution of the issues" in this case. They also informed the Court that they have a related case at Docket No. 1228-21. The parties explained that "[S]ettlement terms reached by the parties in Docket No. 1227-21 or the outcome of any trial proceedings in Docket No. 1227-21 may affect the stipulations agreed to by the parties in this case." On September 29, 2022, the parties to Docket No. 1228-21 filed a joint status report informing the Court that they reached a basis for settlement on all issues but that "settlement terms reached by the parties in Docket No. 1227-21 or the outcome of any trial proceedings in Docket No. 1227-21 may affect the stipulations agreed to by the parties in this case." To keep the Court apprised of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report by December 2, 2022.
