Rehearing Granted Sept. 29, 1934.

Certiorari proceeding by the Golden Gate Candy Products Company to review an order of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the City and County of San Francisco, and Edmund P. Mogan, as Judge thereof, granting a motion by Morris Maidl to vacate, set aside, and quash a writ of attachment, sued out by petitioner in the latter’s action against movant and others.

Order affirmed.
